Digital Lead Strategist – Head of Digital Department

About the role

CARET Communication is seeking a Digital Lead Strategist to head its Digital Department. The role blends strategic planning with hands‑on execution, overseeing social media, paid media, website projects and digital campaigns for a diverse client portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Develop digital strategies and action plans for client campaigns.
• Manage and supervise social media content calendars.
• Oversee digital campaign roll‑outs across Meta, Google, TikTok and LinkedIn.
• Plan, execute and optimise paid‑ads campaigns.
• Monitor performance, produce reports with insights and recommendations.
• Coordinate website projects from brief to delivery, ensuring quality and timeliness.
• Lead, guide and support a team of digital specialists.
• Collaborate closely with creative, strategy, client service and management teams.
• Introduce proactive ideas, digital trends and recommendations to strengthen client work.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a digital marketing management role, preferably within an agency.
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms, paid‑ads ecosystems and digital campaign management.
• Leadership ability to manage and develop a digital team.
• Excellent organisational, project‑management and analytical skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field is preferred.
