Digital Marketing Lead

About the role

CARET is hiring a Digital Marketing Lead to help shape the digital direction of its clients' brands, lead and coach its social media team and directly manage selected brand accounts. The role works closely with creative and production teams and Digital Consultants to turn strategies into results.

Key responsibilities

• Develop digital brand strategies and fresh campaign ideas
• Guide editorial calendars and coach the social media team
• Personally manage a selected portfolio of brand accounts
• Keep content delivery organised, on time and aligned with client expectations
• Use results to recommend improvements
• Work with the Digital Consultant on paid advertising, websites and SEO to build campaign recommendations

Required profile

• Around 3-5 years in digital or social media, preferably in an agency
• Strong content ideas, writing and creative briefing skills
• Ability to organise work, take ownership and support colleagues
• Confidence presenting recommendations in English and French and building monthly reports
• Experience leading a small team or an experienced specialist ready for the next step
