Digital Marketing Manager

About the role

We are seeking an innovative and commercially‑focused Digital Marketing Manager to lead the digital strategy for One&Only Le Saint Géran. You will shape the resort’s online presence, drive brand visibility and direct revenue, and create compelling digital experiences that attract high‑value travellers.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the resort’s annual digital marketing strategy in line with One&Only brand standards and commercial objectives.
• Lead the digital presence across owned, earned and paid channels, ensuring all content reflects the ultra‑luxury positioning.
• Design and launch integrated campaigns that support brand awareness, consideration, engagement and direct bookings.
• Own the digital content strategy, collaborating with internal teams, creative partners and content creators to produce photography, video, editorial and social‑first assets.
• Manage and optimise social media channels, maintaining a consistent, aspirational brand voice.
• Create social media calendars, campaigns and activations in partnership with Marketing Communications, PR, F&B, Spa and other departments.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of luxury hospitality brands and the ability to translate brand propositions into digital experiences.
• Commercial acumen with a data‑driven mindset, using insights and emerging technologies to optimise performance.
• Creative thinker who can balance exclusivity with engaging, high‑impact digital content.
