Director of Finance

About the role

The Director of Finance provides strategic and operational financial leadership for One&Only Le Saint Géran, ensuring compliance, governance and robust internal controls while partnering with senior management and owners.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the entire finance function, delivering accurate and timely financial information across all departments.
• Establish and maintain finance compliance processes, internal controls and governance frameworks to mitigate risks.
• Ensure full compliance with the Resort Management Agreement, including reporting, fee calculations and owner governance.
• Drive automation and standardisation of finance processes and systems to improve data accuracy and productivity.
• Oversee cash flow planning, working capital management, inventory, purchasing, accounts payable and payroll controls.
• Prepare annual budgets, forecasts, long‑range financial plans and monthly management reports with variance analysis.
• Lead internal and external audits, address findings promptly and close control gaps.
• Partner with department heads to drive cost control, productivity improvements and margin optimisation.
• Develop, mentor and manage the finance team, fostering a culture of compliance and accountability.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field.
• Professional certification preferred (CPA, CA, ACCA or CMAM).
• 3–5 years of senior finance leadership experience within the hospitality industry.
