Discovery Tour Guide – Pointe aux Cannoniers

About the role

The Discovery Tour Guide will accompany guests on full‑day or half‑day excursions, showcasing the natural beauty and cultural heritage of the region surrounding the resort. Acting as an ambassador of Club Med, you will represent the brand to restaurant managers, local partners and visitors. The role also offers the chance to participate in on‑stage performances and other resort activities.

Key responsibilities

• Lead groups on scheduled excursions, ensuring safety and enjoyment.
• Promote and sell optional tours and activities offered by Club Med.
• Highlight regional attractions, cultural events and local traditions.
• Provide accurate information about local customs and answer guest inquiries.
• Collaborate with on‑site teams and external partners to coordinate logistics.
• Maintain compliance with safety regulations and Club Med service standards.
