Draughtsman / Graduate Architect (Full‑time)

About the role

Beyond Design Architects Ltd is seeking a motivated Draughtsman or Graduate Architect to join our dynamic team on a full‑time basis. This position offers hands‑on experience across a variety of architectural and interior design projects in a collaborative environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in creating comprehensive architectural and interior design drawings, technical documents, and presentations.
• Provide support to the design team throughout all project phases, from concept to detailed execution.
• Develop and refine intricate architectural and interior details with precision.
• Collaborate closely with team members to ensure seamless project progression and meet deadlines.
• Participate actively in design reviews and brainstorming sessions, contributing innovative ideas.
• Ensure designs comply with relevant building codes, standards, and regulations.
• Maintain meticulous project files, documentation, and records.

Required profile

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the construction field.

Required skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Proficiency in Revit.
• Proficiency in SketchUp.
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite for presentations.
• Knowledge of rendering software such as Lumion or Enscape.
