Email Developer

About the role

RAPP is looking for an Email Developer to design, code and support responsive email campaigns. The role requires strong HTML and CSS skills, the ability to work independently, and a focus on delivering high‑quality, mobile‑compatible email assets that align with design specifications.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with designers, tech leads and project managers to translate designs into functional email code.
• Develop mobile‑compatible advertisements, banners and dynamic email content.
• Coach and support junior Email Developers, sharing best practices and improving team skills.
• Create JavaScript animations using libraries such as Greensock.
• Customize and optimise HTML, CSS and JavaScript generated by various tools.
• Ensure cross‑browser compatibility and performance optimisation.
• Perform quality assurance using Litmus or similar platforms.

Required profile

• BSc in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 2‑3 years of dedicated email development experience.
• Portfolio showcasing dynamic email samples.
• Experience with landing pages, banners and digital assets.
• Exposure to CMS platforms such as Drupal or WordPress is a plus.
