Entertainment Dancer

About the role

As an Entertainment Dancer at RIU Turquoise & Palace Mauritius, you will bring energy, creativity, and professionalism to a variety of guest‑focused performances. You will take part in daily shows, themed events, musical productions, and interactive activities that enhance the resort experience for guests of all ages.

Key responsibilities

• Perform in daily and evening entertainment programs, including dance shows, theme nights, and special events.
• Learn, rehearse, and execute choreography according to production schedules.
• Participate in rehearsals, sound checks, costume fittings, and technical run‑throughs.
• Engage guests through interactive dance activities, pool programs, parties, parades, and resort events.
• Assist with the preparation, organization, and safe storage of costumes, props, and equipment.
• Support the setup and breakdown of performance areas while maintaining clean and safe entertainment spaces.
• Uphold RIU service, grooming, health and safety, and entertainment standards at all times.

Required profile

• Professional dance training or proven experience in dance, musical theatre, live entertainment, or resort shows.
• Strong technique, rhythm, stage presence, musicality, and performance ability.
• Ability to learn choreography quickly and perform consistently.
• Outgoing, energetic, creative, and guest‑focused personality.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent spoken and written English; additional languages are a plus.
