Wellness Specialist – Luxury Beachfront Resort

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Wellness Specialist to join a 5‑star beachfront retreat with stunning mountain views. You will design, coordinate and deliver holistic wellness programmes that inspire guests and staff to adopt healthier lifestyles through yoga, meditation, fitness and spa therapies.

Key responsibilities

• Lead daily group and private yoga, meditation, pranayama and mobility sessions for guests of all ages and fitness levels.
• Develop, schedule and promote seasonal wellness workshops, retreats and special events.
• Provide professional spa therapies and body treatments, ensuring safety and high‑quality service.
• Supervise wellness team members, manage equipment and maintain a clean, safe environment.
• Collaborate with other resort departments to integrate wellness initiatives into the overall guest experience.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience as a Yoga Instructor, Wellness Instructor or Recreation professional in a luxury hotel, resort or spa.
• Internationally recognised 200‑hour Yoga Teacher Training certification.
• Current CPR, AED and First‑Aid certification.
• Excellent command of English; French is a strong advantage.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays and evenings.

Required skills

• Yoga instruction and pose demonstration.
• Meditation, breathwork and mindfulness techniques.
• Sound healing, Pilates, functional training or wellness coaching (preferred).
• CPR, AED and First‑Aid response.
• Strong organisational and administrative abilities.
