About the role
The Executive Assistant to the CEO provides high‑level administrative support to the Chief Executive Officer of a leading global bank. You will manage a demanding schedule, coordinate with senior internal and external stakeholders, and ensure seamless execution of regulatory and governance tasks.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the CEO’s calendar, arrange and prioritize meetings with internal teams, regulators, government officials, clients and partners, and resolve scheduling conflicts.
- Oversee correspondence with regulatory authorities, ensuring compliance reviews, approvals and timely signatures.
- Plan and execute executive off‑site meetings, on‑site events and VVIP visits, handling logistics, security and venue coordination.
- Administer procurement and vendor payments related to CEO activities using e‑procurement platforms, and monitor gifts and entertainment logs for policy compliance.
- Facilitate delegated authority processes, manage the CEO’s driver and related administrative matters, and handle special assignments as needed.
Required profile
- 3–5 years of secretarial or administrative experience supporting C‑suite executives, preferably in financial services or banking.
- First‑degree qualification in administration, business management or related field, plus recognized secretarial credentials.
- Fluent in English and French with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated integrity, discretion and ability to handle confidential information.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience using SharePoint and Chrome for collaboration.
- Familiarity with e‑procurement platforms for vendor management.
- Basic understanding of artificial‑intelligence tools and contemporary digital solutions.
