About the role

We are looking for an Executive to manage a defined portfolio of client servicing deliverables. The role combines corporate secretarial, regulatory compliance and client administration responsibilities, supporting our clients across Mauritius and internationally.

Key responsibilities

  • Administer a varied set of client servicing deliverables for a portfolio of clients.
  • Provide proactive, prompt and professional administration services.
  • Develop full awareness of individual clients, their structures and requirements.
  • Liaise with regulators, banks, auditors and other external stakeholders.
  • Prepare and convene directors/shareholders meetings, draft board papers and minutes.
  • Maintain statutory registers and process changes in directors and shareholders in line with the Mauritius Companies Act 2001.
  • Handle distributions, certifications, notarisation, apostillation and consularisation of documents.
  • Manage bank account activities, including openings, transfers and quarterly reviews.
  • Effect statutory filings with the FSC, ROC and other bodies.
  • Conduct customer due diligence (CDD) in accordance with AML code and keep records up to date.
  • Coordinate administrative and risk reviews, assist in winding‑up processes and train junior staff.

Required profile

  • Proactive and professional approach to client administration.
  • Strong knowledge of the Mauritius Companies Act 2001 and related regulatory frameworks.
  • Experience liaising with regulators, banks, auditors and insurance providers.
  • Ability to maintain accurate statutory registers, filings and corporate records.
  • Familiarity with AML/CDD requirements and documentation processes.
  • Experience training and coordinating junior team members.
