Expert Workforce Management (m/f/d)

About the role

As an Expert Workforce Management professional at Allianz Services Mauritius, you will play a strategic role in optimizing scheduling, planning and daily capacity needs. You will ensure that workforce operations are aligned with business objectives, driving efficiency and employee satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Assess current workforce processes with operations, identify improvement areas and implement strategic solutions.
• Enable effective use of Workforce Management (WFM) tools such as Verint and Storm across eligible business units.
• Improve scheduling and planning processes to meet daily capacity requirements.
• Serve as the first point of contact for operations, delivering accurate work patterns and timely schedules.
• Analyse workforce data (forecast, staffing levels, scheduling, performance metrics) to identify trends and optimisation opportunities.
• Provide training and support for new technologies, ensuring smooth adoption.
• Optimize scheduling to guarantee coverage while minimising costs.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Required profile

• 1‑5 years of experience in a workforce‑related role.
• Knowledge of statistical analysis and data‑analytical techniques.
• Familiarity with WFM tools and Excel dashboard creation.
• Comfortable working late nights and weekends.
• Fluency in English and French.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.
