Face-to-Face Fundraiser for Greenpeace

About the role
As a Face-to-Face Fundraiser you will be the public face of Greenpeace in Mauritius, engaging passers‑by in conversations about environmental challenges and encouraging them to become regular monthly supporters.
Key responsibilities
- Approach and engage members of the public in friendly, informative discussions about Greenpeace campaigns.
- Inspire individuals to sign up for regular monthly donations via direct debit.
- Represent Greenpeace’s values and brand with passion and professionalism.
- Work towards individual and team sign‑up targets.
- Maintain accurate records and submit daily activity reports.
Required profile
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable speaking to strangers.
- Genuine passion for environmental and social causes.
- Self‑motivated, target‑driven with a positive attitude.
- Fluency in English or French (Creole is an advantage).
- Previous sales, fundraising, or customer‑facing experience is a plus but not mandatory.
