Face-to-Face Fundraiser for Greenpeace

About the role

As a Face-to-Face Fundraiser you will be the public face of Greenpeace in Mauritius, engaging passers‑by in conversations about environmental challenges and encouraging them to become regular monthly supporters.

Key responsibilities

• Approach and engage members of the public in friendly, informative discussions about Greenpeace campaigns.
• Inspire individuals to sign up for regular monthly donations via direct debit.
• Represent Greenpeace’s values and brand with passion and professionalism.
• Work towards individual and team sign‑up targets.
• Maintain accurate records and submit daily activity reports.

Required profile

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable speaking to strangers.
• Genuine passion for environmental and social causes.
• Self‑motivated, target‑driven with a positive attitude.
• Fluency in English or French (Creole is an advantage).
• Previous sales, fundraising, or customer‑facing experience is a plus but not mandatory.
