Factory Squad Specialist – Finance Backfill & Process Improvement

About the role

As a Factory Squad Specialist you will support finance teams during critical absences, ensuring business continuity while driving lasting process improvements. You will act as a trusted back‑fill, maintaining key deadlines and collaborating closely with local finance stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Assume essential finance operational duties during employee absences, guaranteeing invoicing and month‑end closing deadlines are met.
• Maintain accuracy and compliance across all assigned activities.
• Identify inefficiencies, risks and improvement opportunities in daily finance operations.
• Document processes and create clear hand‑over guides.
• Propose and pilot enhancements such as error‑reduction, automation and standardisation.
• Build trust with local finance teams, communicate findings diplomatically and ensure smooth knowledge transfer to returning staff.

Required profile

• 3‑4 years of experience in finance, audit or consulting.
• Strong analytical, organisational and problem‑solving abilities.
• Growth‑oriented mindset with a passion for learning and continuous improvement.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills in French and English.
• Entrepreneurial attitude – you test, try and improve.

Required skills

• SAP knowledge.
• MS Office proficiency.
• Advanced Excel skills (including automation tools).
• Python (bonus).
