About the role
Four Seasons is seeking an enthusiastic entry‑level Server to join its Food & Beverage team at the luxury resort on the east coast of Mauritius. You will be the face of the dining experience, delivering warm, attentive service to guests while upholding the brand’s high standards of hospitality.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare mise‑en‑place, set up and clear tables, and maintain a clean, orderly work area.
- Take guest orders, serve food and beverages, and ensure service follows Four Seasons standards.
- Promote hotel services and products, acting as a host/hostess in the dining area.
- Attend all scheduled training sessions and execute tasks assigned by supervisors.
- Demonstrate teamwork, uphold high standards of hygiene, and act as a role model for colleagues.
Required profile
- 1‑2 years of experience in a 5‑star hotel, resort, or reputable standalone restaurant.
- Excellent command of English, strong math and psychometric abilities.
- Technical education in Hospitality Management is preferred.
- Basic wine knowledge and a desire for upward mobility.
