About the role
The Server will deliver an expertly served beverage and dining experience to guests at Four Seasons Mauritius. This entry‑level position requires anticipating guest needs, providing menu expertise, and upholding the resort’s high standards of hospitality.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare mise‑en‑place, set up and clear tables in the dining area.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, orderliness, and presentation.
- Act as host/hostess, greeting guests with warmth and genuine enthusiasm.
- Execute all tasks assigned by supervisors and attend scheduled training sessions.
- Promote teamwork, act as a role model, and adhere to the Golden Rule in guest interactions.
Required profile
- 1‑2 years of relevant experience in 5‑star hotels, resorts, or reputable standalone restaurants.
- Excellent command of English, strong math and psychometric abilities.
- Technical education in Hospitality Management is preferred.
- Basic wine knowledge is an advantage.
