French-Speaking Customer Service Agent

About the role

Synrg360, which offers customer support, marketing and strategic consulting services, is looking for a dedicated Customer Service Agent focused on French-speaking markets. The agent handles customer inquiries and complaints and reports to the Customer Team Lead.

Key responsibilities

• Provide timely, professional customer support by email, chat and phone, helping customers with account issues, payments and other questions
• Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues to the right department or manager
• Understand customer needs, promote features and promotions, and keep accurate records of interactions and transactions
• Prepare regular reports on customer feedback, issues and trends
• Collaborate with the team lead, Head of Customer Experience and other departments, and take part in team meetings and training
• Stay informed on market trends and customer preferences and give feedback to tailor services and promotions

Required profile

• Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience; experience serving customers is highly desirable
• Fluent French (written and spoken); English is a plus
• Available to work a 24/7 shift rotation, including nights, weekends and public holidays

Required skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong problem-solving and attention to detail
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure
• Proficiency with customer service software and tools
