Front End Engineer (React/Next.js)

About the role

RAPP is seeking a Front End Engineer to join its international, large‑scale projects. The role focuses on building modern, responsive web experiences using the latest JavaScript libraries, primarily React and Next.js, and collaborating closely with back‑end and DevOps teams to deliver JAMstack and micro‑service architectures.

Key responsibilities

• Develop efficient, testable, and reusable components for responsive websites.
• Write clean code following the Frontend Architect’s standards and maintain comprehensive documentation.
• Implement mobile‑first designs while adhering to SEO best practices and accessibility guidelines.
• Create unit tests and address performance issues throughout development.
• Collaborate with backend developers, QA engineers, release engineers, project managers, designers, and marketing teams.
• Stay informed on emerging technologies and continuously update technical knowledge.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience with React.js and familiarity with Next.js.
• Strong understanding of agile development methodologies.
• Ability to work in a collaborative, cross‑functional environment.
• Commitment to writing maintainable code and thorough documentation.
