Fund Administrator - Central Offices

About the role

The Fund Administrator will join the central compliance team to drive risk and compliance operations across Amicorp Group offices that lack a local compliance function. The role ensures that onboarding and ongoing monitoring processes meet regulatory expectations while supporting the commercial objectives of the business.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and assess risks during client onboarding and throughout the client lifecycle.
• Lead efficient client onboarding, meeting agreed response times and regulatory standards.
• Evaluate new business deals for impact on risk appetite, strategy and compliance requirements.
• Support local management teams in defining risk tolerances and limits.
• Monitor regulatory developments and coordinate strategic compliance initiatives with the Compliance Head.
• Maintain regular communication with clients to capture changing requirements.
• Ensure adherence to internal compliance procedures and report any non‑compliance or suspicious activity.
• Prepare written compliance reports for senior management.
• Act as primary liaison with regulators and manage compliance‑related audits.
• Perform the Compliance Officer and Money Laundering Reporting Officer (MLRO) duties for assigned jurisdictions.

Required profile

• Proven compliance experience in financial services, accounting, trust or fiduciary environments.
• Strong understanding of AML regulations and enterprise risk management frameworks.
• Ability to lead compliance initiatives for offices without a local compliance presence.
• Excellent analytical skills to identify, solve and mitigate compliance risks.
