General Manager – Beach Club

About the role

The General Manager will lead the C Beach Club team, ensuring the highest standards of service, operational excellence, and guest satisfaction. Acting as the primary liaison between clients and staff, the GM will drive business performance and uphold the club’s lifestyle identity.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to increase revenue and strengthen market positioning.
• Oversee financial health, including budgeting, variance analysis, and profitability monitoring.
• Lead, coach, and develop team members, fostering a performance‑oriented culture.
• Maintain operational standards, safety compliance, and preventive maintenance across all facilities.
• Design and manage membership programs, pricing, and promotional initiatives.
• Coordinate and execute events, themed evenings, and private functions.
• Build and nurture relationships with guests, partners, and stakeholders to enhance brand reputation.
