About the role
KeFex Associates Ltd is seeking a Graduate Quantity Surveyor to support senior team members on construction projects. Based in Moka, the position offers a hybrid working arrangement, combining office presence with remote work as needed.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in preparing cost estimates, bills of quantities and tender documentation.
- Participate in measurement, valuation of works and cost control activities.
- Support financial reporting, preparation of interim and final accounts.
- Help with contract administration, document management and coordination with contractors, suppliers and consultants.
Required profile
- Relevant degree in quantity surveying, construction economics or a related discipline.
- Strong numerical and analytical abilities for cost estimating and measurement.
- Familiarity with construction contracts, tender processes and basic project‑management principles.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and willingness to learn industry‑standard software.
- Effective communication, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Commitment to professional development and openness to mentorship.
