Graphic Design Lead

About the role

LUCRIN Geneva is seeking a bold and visionary Graphic Design Lead to become the driving creative force behind its luxury e‑commerce visual output. You will shape the visual identity of collections, campaigns and the overall customer experience, working closely with the E‑Commerce and Development teams.

Key responsibilities

• Conceptualise and produce visual content for product launches, marketing campaigns, newsletters, social media and packaging.
• Photograph high‑end leather goods in studio settings, using lighting and composition to highlight craftsmanship.
• Edit and retouch images to ensure consistency with the brand’s premium aesthetic.
• Design print and digital assets such as banners, lookbooks, flyers and email templates.
• Collaborate with Communication & Marketing, Development and e‑Commerce teams to meet project goals.
• Guide and mentor the creative team, sharing AI workflows and fostering continuous improvement.
• Maintain a well‑organised asset library and uphold high quality standards.
• Champion AI‑powered tools (Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Runway ML) throughout the design process and share learnings across the organisation.
