Group Learning, Leadership & Development Manager

About the role

Rank Interactive is seeking a Group Learning, Leadership & Development Manager to shape the capability of its global workforce. Based in the Mauritius office, you will design and embed learning and leadership programmes that support colleagues across multiple international locations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a global learning and development strategy aligned with business priorities.
• Design scalable learning solutions, curricula, career pathways and leadership frameworks.
• Facilitate and deliver core learning programmes in Mauritius and support train‑the‑trainer sessions in South Africa, the UK, Spain, Gibraltar and Malta.
• Partner with People & Culture, business leaders and subject‑matter experts to identify capability gaps and create targeted interventions.
• Leverage innovative methodologies, technology and data‑driven insights to ensure measurable impact.
• Maintain consistency and high quality of learning experiences across all locations.

Required profile

• Demonstrated passion for helping people grow and develop.
• Proven experience in designing and delivering learning, leadership or organisational development programmes at a global scale.
• Strong facilitation and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Ability to travel occasionally to support regional delivery.
