Group Transformation Lead

About the role

C-Care International is seeking an experienced Group Transformation Lead to head its Hospital Information System programme across multiple countries and sites. The role involves guiding the programme from process redesign through to implementation, adoption and benefits realisation.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the Group HIS programme across scope, milestones, budget, resources, risks and benefits.
• Drive AS-IS diagnosis and Group-wide TO-BE process design before technology selection.
• Coordinate requirements definition, system architecture decisions and data-transition planning.
• Manage the RFP, vendor evaluation, commercial assessment and contracting process.
• Engage clinicians, operational teams and senior stakeholders to build alignment and adoption.
• Oversee implementation readiness, including data migration, testing, training, cutover, go-live and stabilisation.
• Establish strong programme governance and provide clear, board‑ready reporting.
• Monitor risks, adoption and benefits against agreed KPIs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare management, business, engineering, information systems, operations, project management or a related discipline.
• At least 10 years’ experience leading major cross‑functional programmes, with a minimum of 5 years in healthcare operations or healthcare technology delivery.
• Proven involvement in an end‑to‑end HIS or EMR implementation, from requirements through go‑live and hyper‑care.
• Strong experience in process redesign, programme governance, vendor selection, stakeholder engagement and change management.
• Experience working across multiple countries, sites or matrix organisations is strongly preferred.
• Strong understanding of hospital operations and clinical workflows.
• Ability to influence without formal authority and communicate credibly with clinicians, executives and operational teams.
• Willingness to travel regularly across C‑Care countries.
