Guest Relation Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Guest Relation Manager to lead the guest relations department at Constance Belle Mare Plage, a luxury resort in Mauritius. The role oversees all guest interactions from pre‑arrival to departure, ensuring premium service standards and memorable experiences for discerning guests.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and develop the Guest Relations team, setting clear objectives and performance standards.
• Prepare duty rosters, conduct daily briefings and communicate VIP information, special occasions and guest preferences.
• Monitor and improve guest experience by analysing feedback, online reviews and satisfaction surveys.
• Handle guest complaints promptly, lead service recovery initiatives and ensure follow‑up.
• Maintain a professional and welcoming presence of the team at all times.
• Collaborate with other departments to implement improvements based on recurring issues.

• Proven leadership experience in a hospitality or luxury service environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer‑focused mindset.
• Ability to motivate teams, provide coaching and deliver consistent high‑quality service.
