HCM Consultant – Dayforce Implementation Specialist

About the role

We are looking for an HCM Consultant to guide customers through the full Dayforce implementation lifecycle, from planning and discovery to post‑go‑live support. You will work closely with project managers, senior consultants and customers to ensure successful delivery of HR, workforce management and payroll solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and validate customer HCM business requirements and map them to Dayforce functionality.
• Design, document and configure innovative Dayforce solutions that meet client needs.
• Lead consulting sessions (remote or on‑site), produce design documents and meeting minutes.
• Support customers during testing cycles, resolve issues promptly, and provide post‑implementation assistance.
• Mentor junior consultants and share best‑practice implementation techniques.
• Develop SQL scripts and XML transformers for integrations and interfaces when required.
• Contribute to internal knowledge bases, process‑improvement initiatives and continuous‑education programs.

Required profile

• Proven experience in HCM system implementations, preferably with Dayforce.
• Ability to lead activities under a Project Manager’s direction and manage customer expectations.
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on risk identification and issue communication.
• Willingness to stay current with new product releases and share knowledge internally.
