HR & Office Manager

About the role

ST Media is a fast‑growing immigration service company seeking a proactive, highly organized HR & Office Manager to support recruitment and daily office operations. Working closely with the Head of HR and COO, you will ensure a smooth hiring process and a welcoming workplace for staff and visitors.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct in‑person and phone interviews, handling 5‑7 interviews per day to maintain a steady pipeline of qualified candidates.
• Collaborate with the Head of HR to drive a fast‑paced hiring process and manage HR documentation, including employment termination.
• Oversee office supplies, invoices, expense reports, employee benefits, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Coordinate with building maintenance and cleaning services to keep the office environment professional and safe.
• Organise monthly employee events, manage gifts and rewards, and foster a positive workplace culture from day one.

Required profile

• Fluency in English and French, both written and spoken.
• At least one year of experience in HR, including high‑volume interview management.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure, multitask and thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Proactive, reliable, and professional attitude with a focus on integrity.
