Human Resources Coordinator – Hotel Hospitality

About the role

We are looking for an HR Coordinator to support our hotel operations, bringing energy, care and a people‑first mindset to a fast‑paced hospitality environment.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with the General Manager and department heads to align HR procedures with hotel objectives.
• Implement group HR best practices and employee‑engagement initiatives that foster trust, accountability and teamwork.
• Maintain an open‑door policy to strengthen communication and feedback between management and staff.
• Ensure a safe, inclusive and supportive work environment for all employees.
• Provide timely and accurate HR reports to Head Office.
• Manage day‑to‑day HR operations, ensuring compliance with policies, disciplinary and grievance processes.
• Oversee full recruitment cycles to attract, hire and retain talent.
• Administer performance appraisal processes and support employee development.
• Handle payroll processing and contribute to annual HR, payroll and training forecasts.

Required profile

• Degree or diploma in Human Resources Management or a related field.
• 3‑4 years of post‑qualification HR experience.
• Strong knowledge of employee and industrial relations, labour laws and HR policies.
• Proven ability to manage employee relations, grievances and disciplinary matters fairly.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a collaborative approach.
• People‑first mindset, high integrity and solution‑oriented attitude.
