Implementation Manager – Clocks

About the role

The Implementation Manager – Clocks leads a team of Implementation Consultants delivering Dayforce Clock solutions to customers. This role blends people leadership, SaaS implementation expertise, operational management, and a strong customer focus to ensure high‑quality, consistent, and predictable outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop Implementation Consultants, setting clear expectations and supporting career growth.
• Manage team capacity, workload, and resource assignments to meet project schedules and business priorities.
• Monitor implementation progress, quality, utilization, and other delivery metrics, taking corrective action when needed.
• Partner with Project Managers to identify, assess, and resolve risks, issues, dependencies, and escalations.
• Provide subject‑matter expertise for complex Clock implementation scenarios and ensure adherence to Dayforce methodologies and best practices.
• Drive continuous improvement of implementation processes, tools, documentation, and training.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years in SaaS, HCM, workforce management, or enterprise software implementation.
• Proven experience leading and coaching implementation or professional services teams.
• Strong understanding of software implementation methodologies and the end‑to‑end customer lifecycle.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem‑solving abilities.

• SQL, relational databases, APIs, XML, and integration technologies.
• Experience with Dayforce, Kronos/UKG, Workday, SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, or Infor.
