Income Auditor

About the role

The Income Auditor is responsible for ensuring that all audit work within the resort is balanced, accurate and completed in a timely manner. This role supports the financial integrity of One&Only Le Saint Géran by verifying revenue, guest checks and departmental postings.

Key responsibilities

• Confirm that the night audit process has been performed according to procedures.
• Reconcile room revenue posted by night audit with total revenue reports.
• Analyze food and beverage sales by outlet and perform additional revenue analyses as required.
• Verify that all guest checks are accounted for, properly signed and correctly processed.
• Validate room rates, late checkout reports and manual daily room charges.
• Review daily postings for City Ledger and credit‑card bills, and ensure correct pricing calculations from other departments.
• Examine voided or altered checks for proper approval.
• Prepare monthly F&B tips statements and investigate daily overages or shortages.
• Control sequential numbering of miscellaneous vouchers and verify banqueting checks against event orders.
• Reconcile telephone revenue in Tiger with Opera system data.
• Perform open test checks in each outlet and support other department‑oriented duties as directed.

Required profile

• Basic understanding of complex computerized financial systems and ability to operate them effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established audit procedures.
• Capability to work independently while ensuring compliance with hotel financial policies.
