About the role

The Principal Solutions Specialist provides end‑to‑end implementation and support for Dayforce Web Services and other integration modules, ensuring solutions meet customer needs and follow best practices.

Key responsibilities

• Provide implementation and support services for Web Services and integration modules.
• Gather, document and analyze customer requirements, designing scalable, best‑practice solutions.
• Assess software health, tune performance, and resolve incidents related to integration components.
• Collaborate with implementation teams, system integrators and third‑party vendors to test, script and troubleshoot integrations.
• Create knowledge‑base articles, mentor colleagues and drive process improvements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
• 4+ years of support experience, preferably in HCM or integration projects.
• Strong communication, organizational and problem‑solving abilities.

Required skills

• SQL and relational database expertise.
• Programming knowledge, HTML and Microsoft Server technologies.
• Web and mobile application development, RESTful, SOAP and OData API services.
• XML and XSLT processing.
• Familiarity with Boomi and Microsoft Azure integration platforms.
