iShop Sales Representative

About the role

The iShop Sales Representative is responsible for delivering a premium customer experience in iShop retail outlets. You will consult customers on Apple products, manage quotations, process sales, and ensure compliance with retail procedures while maintaining high merchandising standards.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and advise customers on Apple devices, accessories, and services.
• Prepare quotes, capture customer data, generate receipts, and coordinate product delivery.
• Follow up on quotations within two working days and record outcomes.
• Handle product‑related complaints, providing first‑line resolution and escalating when necessary.
• Generate quotations using the ERP system, applying current pricing and promotions.
• Maintain compliance with cash, card, and hire‑purchase transactions, including proper documentation.
• Monitor stock levels, report low inventory, and keep showroom displays aligned with the iShop Merchandising Checklist.
• Support daily banking handover, receipt filing, and manual invoice oversight.
• Participate in delivery checks, report discrepancies, and ensure accurate receipt issuance.
• Complete weekly Apple SEEDS training and stay updated on product launches and OS updates.

• Strong knowledge of Apple product portfolio.
• Excellent communication skills and professional appearance.
• Self‑motivated, independent, and trustworthy in handling transactions.
• Eagerness to learn, grow, and collaborate with the team.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ERP systems for quotation and order processing.
• Familiarity with Apple SEEDS training platform.
