IT Technician Level 2 – Network & Systems Support

About the role

We are looking for an experienced IT Technician Level 2 to provide comprehensive network and systems support. The role involves maintaining WAN/LAN connectivity, supporting in‑house applications, and ensuring the security and performance of our infrastructure.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and manage WAN and LAN networks, routers, firewalls, and security devices.
• Support Microsoft technologies including Windows Server, Exchange, SQL Server, and SharePoint.
• Administer virtualization platforms such as VMware, Citrix, and Microsoft Hyper‑V.
• Provide remote access support for VPN, Terminal Services, and Citrix environments.
• Set up and maintain PRTG monitoring for all customer services.
• Conduct system assessments, security audits, and antivirus reviews.
• Document configurations, IP addresses, and changes to all systems.
• Collaborate with the sales team on project engineering and solution research.
• Coach junior engineers and assist in resolving team conflicts.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of relevant IT experience.
• Professional certifications in Microsoft technologies and VMware.
