IT Technician – Technical Support & Network Operations

About the role

We are looking for an IT Technician to provide day-to-day technical support for hardware, software and network issues at our Grand Baie office. The role involves installing, maintaining and troubleshooting computer systems and peripherals to ensure smooth operations for all users.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first-line support for hardware, software and network problems.
• Install, configure and maintain computers, printers, servers and other IT equipment.
• Monitor and maintain IT networks, internet connectivity and server performance.
• Assist with system upgrades, software updates and IT project implementations.
• Coordinate with external vendors and service providers for specialised support.
• Ensure compliance with IT policies and data-protection standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar technical support role.

• Microsoft 365 administration.
