Junior Commercial Officer

About the role

We are looking for a highly organised and detail‑oriented Junior Commercial Officer to join our team. This position bridges business development with administrative and operational coordination, supporting supplier management, contract administration, pricing accuracy, and ERP data integrity. You will work cross‑functionally, communicating with suppliers, internal teams, and the IT department to ensure smooth commercial operations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage supplier contracts: ensure timely signing, upload to ERP, and renew expired agreements.
• Monitor product and rate validity; follow up with suppliers for extensions, missing rates, and room options.
• Perform competitor analysis and assist in commercial reporting to support strategic decisions.
• Maintain ERP data accuracy; coordinate product uploads, audits, and system improvements with the IT team.
• Coordinate stop‑sales and rate updates; enforce supplier procedures and contractual obligations.
• Create supplier performance reports (sales, responsiveness, value) to support negotiations and partner evaluation.

Required profile

• Minimum HSC or Diploma (Admin, Business, or related fields preferred).
• Strong communication skills in English and French.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to spot errors early.
• Organised, reliable, and able to prioritise tasks to meet deadlines.
• Proactive, curious, and motivated to learn and grow in the role.
