About the role
MEDINE GROUP Support Services, within its Legal and Compliance unit, is looking for a Junior Compliance Analyst to join on a fixed-term contract of 12 months, renewable. The analyst supports the compliance team by reviewing customer files in line with internal AML/CFT procedures.
Key responsibilities
- Analyse KYC and DSOF documentation for assigned files
- Apply the internal SOF scenario playbook to assess source of funds
- Identify inconsistencies or gaps in documentation
- Categorise files as either satisfactory information required or escalation required
- Escalate complex or unclear cases to the Compliance Lead and help prepare summaries for them
- Conduct client risk assessments
- Ensure proper record keeping and filing of KYC and SOF documents
Required profile
- Degree in law, finance, accounting or a related field
- 1 year of experience in compliance preferred
- Fixed-term contract (12 months, renewable)
Required skills
- Strong analytical and reasoning skills
- Ability to apply judgement in structured frameworks
- Attention to detail and ability to work under time pressure
