Junior Legal Officer – Corporate Services

About the role

Key responsibilities

• Assist senior lawyers in providing corporate legal services to clients in foreign jurisdictions.
• Prepare legal documents for all stages of the company lifecycle, from incorporation to dissolution, in line with local legal requirements and deadlines.
• Perform and monitor statutory filings with local authorities.
• Coordinate with business partners, clients and colleagues worldwide to gather information and documentation needed for assignments.

Required profile

• Degree in Law.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Flexible, proactive, detail‑oriented team player with excellent communication skills.
