Key Account Manager – MICE

About the role

As the Key Account Manager – MICE at Attitude Hotels, you will drive growth in the corporate events and incentive travel market, building long‑term partnerships and showcasing the Attitude experience to businesses and event organisers.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement the MICE sales strategy aligned with group commercial objectives, identifying new market segments and emerging trends.
• Prospect, secure and manage strategic corporate accounts, acting as the primary commercial contact and delivering personalised service.
• Maintain accurate account records, forecasts and pipeline data, preparing regular performance reports.
• Collaborate with hotel General Managers and operational teams to ensure successful delivery of MICE events.
• Represent the Attitude Hotels brand, promoting its unique selling propositions and sustainable tourism commitments.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration or related field.
• 5–7 years progressive experience in hotel sales, MICE, hospitality business development or commercial management.
• Excellent communication skills in English and French; additional language is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation and analytical abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment and embody Attitude’s culture.

Required skills

• Knowledge of the MICE market, including corporate clients, event agencies and incentive houses.
• Customer relationship management and account development expertise.
