Kitchen Assistant – Resort Hospitality

About the role

Join the culinary team at Club Med Resorts as a Kitchen Assistant, supporting the preparation and service of high‑end all‑inclusive buffet meals for guests in a vibrant resort environment. You will work on‑site, collaborating with chefs and service staff to ensure every dish meets the brand’s quality and presentation standards.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and arrange buffet stations serving 600–1000 covers per service.
• Assist with plating, garnish, and personalized service for guests.
• Monitor food safety, hygiene and Club Med health‑and‑safety regulations.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen and service areas.
• Support inventory replenishment and ensure proper storage of ingredients.

• Willingness to learn and develop culinary skills quickly.
