Leasing Executive – Retail Cluster

About the role

The Leasing Executive (Retail Cluster) oversees the full administrative lifecycle of leasing activities for retail and commercial properties. Acting as the central hub for document control, tenant coordination, and compliance, the role ensures the portfolio runs efficiently with accurate data and timely execution of lease processes.

Key responsibilities

• Execute end‑to‑end lease administration, including document collection, verification, and KYC compliance.
• Draft, review, and manage high volumes of legal documents such as lease agreements, renewals, addendums, and termination notices in partnership with Legal and Finance.
• Maintain meticulous record‑keeping, ensuring all executed documents are signed, scanned, filed, and archived in physical and digital systems.
• Audit leasing databases for 100% accuracy of tenant, unit, and contract information.
• Monitor critical lease milestones (commencement dates, expiries, rent reviews, notice periods) and produce detailed reports and dashboards for senior management.
• Serve as the primary administrative contact for retail tenants, handling onboarding, documentation requirements, and communication of rental adjustments.
• Support the General Manager with commercial proposals, market research, and audit preparation.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in high‑level administrative, commercial support, or office management roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Real Estate, or a related field.
• Strong organizational abilities with a proven track record of managing complex documentation and strict deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Experience with digital platforms, AI‑enabled tools, and database management.
