Luxury Butler – Guest Services Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a professional Butler to deliver ultra‑luxury, personalized service to high‑net‑worth guests. The role involves managing guest suites, coordinating in‑suite dining and amenities, and ensuring every detail meets the highest hospitality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain guest suites according to individual preferences and company standards.
• Provide in‑suite services such as dining, amenities, housekeeping support, laundry, packing/unpacking, shoeshine, and special requests.
• Maintain accurate guest history records and communicate with supervisors and other departments for seamless service recovery.
• Assist guests with reservations for restaurants, spa, shore excursions and private tours.
• Ensure cleanliness, organization, inventory control and public health compliance in suites and assigned areas.

Required profile

• Minimum two years of Butler or guest‑facing service experience in a luxury environment.
• Fluent English (verbal and written) and conversational proficiency in at least one additional language (e.g., German, French, Spanish, Mandarin, etc.).
• Professional certification from a recognized institution such as The International Butler Academy.
• Strong emotional intelligence, resourceful thinking and knowledge of conflict resolution.
• Deep understanding of ultra‑luxury hospitality standards and VIP guest expectations.
