Peacekeeper Inn Manager

About the role

The Peacekeeper Inn Manager will lead and manage all operations of the Peacekeeper Inn, a hospitality and recreation facility supporting a US Air Force program. This role ensures high‑quality lodging, food and beverage, recreation, and entertainment services while maintaining compliance with government standards.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of Peacekeeper Inn operations, including lodging, recreation, food and beverage, and entertainment services, ensuring compliance with government and organizational standards.
• Supervise daily activities to achieve customer satisfaction objectives and operational excellence.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to optimize efficiency, service quality, and regulatory compliance.
• Manage staff performance, training, and development to maintain high service standards.
• Control budgets, monitor costs, and oversee procurement to meet financial targets without compromising quality.
• Plan and execute events and programs that enhance recreational and entertainment offerings.
• Respond promptly to emergencies, ensuring on‑site availability within one hour of notification.
• Monitor facility conditions, ensuring cleanliness, safety, and health compliance.
• Prepare regular reports on operations, budget performance, customer satisfaction, and staff productivity for government review.
• Maintain assets, supplies, and equipment in good condition and develop marketing strategies to maximize participation and revenue.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in business management, hospitality, food, or recreation management, or equivalent experience.
• At least three years of experience in recreation, food and beverage, or entertainment operations.
• Minimum five years of experience as a middle manager in a civilian commercial environment.
