About the role
Join Club Med’s vibrant resort environment as a Baker, creating a variety of special breads and viennoiseries for premium all‑inclusive buffets. You will work in a multicultural team, serving up to 1,000 guests per service while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and present a range of special breads and viennoiseries for buffet service.
- Set up, enhance, and restock buffets serving 600‑1000 covers per service.
- Manage orders and stock levels for bakery operations.
- Ensure compliance with Club Med health and safety regulations and maintain equipment.
Required profile
- Creative and able to surprise guests with technique and flavor.
- Rigorous with a perfect command of health and safety standards.
- Passionate about transmitting emotion through food.
Required skills
- Knowledge of bakery production techniques for breads and viennoiseries.
- Understanding of health and safety regulations in a hospitality setting.
