Marketing and Brand Manager

About the role

Cim Finance is seeking a Marketing and Brand Manager to shape and deliver integrated marketing strategies that strengthen the brand, drive business growth, and enhance customer engagement. You will lead cross‑channel campaigns and collaborate with product, sales, digital, and corporate affairs teams in a regulated financial environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated marketing plans aligned with business objectives and brand guidelines.
• Translate business priorities and customer insights into impactful campaigns and product launches.
• Partner with business units, product, and sales teams to define target audiences, value propositions, and go‑to‑market opportunities.
• Drive customer acquisition, adoption, retention, cross‑selling and lifetime value through effective programmes.
• Ensure consistent application of brand identity, tone of voice and customer promise across all touchpoints.
• Lead planning, execution and evaluation of multi‑channel campaigns, including digital, social, search, email and mobile.
• Use data, analytics and customer insights to measure performance and optimise marketing spend.
• Manage marketing budgets, delivering strong ROI and efficient resource allocation.
