Marketing and Communication Coordinator

About the role

Reneworld, a solar energy company operating in Mauritius for 15 years, is seeking a Marketing and Communication Coordinator to support the execution of its marketing initiatives and strengthen brand presence across the island.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in implementing marketing and communication plans across digital and offline channels.
• Coordinate daily social media activity, website updates, and campaign roll‑outs to ensure consistency.
• Support content creation and liaise with external suppliers such as designers, videographers, and SEO partners.
• Help organise events, activations, and community‑engagement activities.
• Track marketing spend and prepare basic performance reports for review.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in marketing and communications, with exposure to digital or traditional media.
• Strong understanding of content creation, campaign management, and brand communication.
• Comfortable coordinating deliverables with external suppliers.
• Basic analytical skills and familiarity with marketing metrics or reporting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and French.
• Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks with guidance.
