Marketing and Events Executive

About the role

Lavastone Properties is looking for a dynamic Marketing and Events Executive to shape the company’s marketing direction, brand communication, and events strategy. The role works closely with internal teams, business partners and external providers to increase brand awareness, tenant engagement and community connection.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Lead and support the marketing team to ensure high‑quality branding and corporate projects.
• Maintain consistent brand representation across all communication touchpoints.
• Oversee corporate communication materials in English and French, including announcements, investor updates and stakeholder messages.
• Strengthen Lavastone’s presence on digital platforms and corporate networks.
• Plan, organise and supervise corporate events, tenant activations, promotional campaigns and community initiatives.
• Coordinate event logistics, vendor management, budgeting and on‑site execution.
• Collaborate with management to support business development and growth.

Required profile

• Strategic, results‑driven mindset with strong leadership capability.
• Creativity and excellent coordination skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams, partners and external service providers.
• Strong written and verbal communication in both English and French.
• Experience in promoting brand presence and driving engagement in a commercial real‑estate environment.
