Marketing Assistant

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Marketing Assistant to support the planning, coordination, and execution of our marketing activities across corporate, retail, digital, and event channels. The role will work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure campaigns run smoothly and brand standards are upheld.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in coordinating and executing approved marketing campaigns.
• Support social media content, email communications, website updates, and other digital channels.
• Maintain campaign calendars, task trackers, timelines, and approval processes.
• Coordinate production and distribution of marketing materials.
• Provide logistical support for events, activations, launches, workshops, and presentations.
• Liaise with suppliers, agencies, and internal stakeholders for quotations, delivery, and follow‑up.
• Maintain marketing files, reports, visual assets, and supporting documentation.
• Conduct market research, competitor monitoring, and contribute to monthly reporting.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Marketing, Communication, Business Management or a related field.
• Fluent in English and French, both spoken and written.
• Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail.
• Excellent writing, proofreading, and communication abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
• Basic knowledge of Canva or similar design tools.
