Marketing & Communications Coordinator

About the role

Reneworld, a leading solar energy company in Mauritius, is seeking a Marketing & Communications Coordinator to support the execution of its marketing activities and strengthen its brand presence across the island. The role involves coordinating campaigns, managing content, and ensuring consistent communication across digital and offline channels.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in implementing marketing and communication plans across digital and offline media.
• Coordinate day‑to‑day social media management, website updates, and campaign roll‑outs.
• Collaborate with external suppliers such as designers, videographers and SEO partners to produce content.
• Help organise events, activations and community engagement initiatives.
• Track marketing spend and prepare basic performance reports for review.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in marketing and communications (digital and/or traditional).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and French.
• Ability to work with external suppliers and manage multiple tasks with guidance.
• Basic analytical skills and familiarity with marketing metrics or reporting.
• Organised, proactive and detail‑oriented.
