About the role
We are seeking a Microsoft Pre‑Sales Senior Partner Technical Specialist to work from Mauritius and support our partners across the Indian and Pacific Ocean Islands. In this role you will help resellers adopt Microsoft Azure and Modern Workplace solutions, ensuring customers receive the right cloud architecture for their needs.
Key responsibilities
- Guide and advise resellers on Microsoft Azure and Modern Workplace offerings.
- Analyse customer requirements and design appropriate cloud solutions.
- Deliver technical trainings, product demonstrations and assist with deployments.
- Collaborate closely with sales teams to drive cloud adoption and revenue.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, providing expert guidance.
Required profile
- At least 3 years of experience in Microsoft Cloud or pre‑sales consulting.
- Strong knowledge of Azure, Microsoft 365 (Modern Workplace) and related cloud services.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities in both French and English.
- Microsoft certifications are a plus.
